Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchase with Us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging and are in as new condition.
- A 15% restocking fee maybe applicable at the discretion of PSL staff.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please contact us at sales@pslfireandasfety.co.nz if you wish to return goods to us you can find the address on the website.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Shipping
The couriers we use are certified Dangerous Goods Carriers. For the North Island are stock ships out of Auckland and in the South Island Christchurch. Please allow 3-5 days for your goods to arrive at their destination (add on an additional 2-3 days for rural delivery).
Please note: weather conditions can effect roads and cook strait ferries so additional time may be required.
